Meet Dustin Taylor

Real estate has always been more than just numbers and properties for me—it's about vision, opportunity, and helping others achieve freedom through smart investing. I'm a real estate investor turned agent, and I specialize in working with clients who are ready to dive into the world of real estate investment, especially in the short-term rental (STR) space.

My journey started in a completely different world: electrical engineering. With a Bachelor's degree and six years of hands-on experience in the field, I set a personal goal to buy at least one rental property each year—planting the seeds for the future I truly wanted. That mindset led me to explore different corners of real estate investing, and over time, I found my passion in short-term rentals.

What drove me to become an agent? Simply put, I couldn’t find another agent who knew STRs as deeply as I did. So I stepped in to fill that gap—and I've never looked back. I've since helped many investors identify and secure the right properties to meet their goals, all while bringing insider knowledge and a strategic, investor-first perspective to every deal.
